Schedule Your Fall Vacation

While most people are relishing what remains of the summer, others are planning a Fall vacation. With so many great activities on Maryland's Eastern Shore, it is easy to understand why some would welcome cooler weather and changing leaves. Fall vacationers should be sure to add pick-your-own apple orchards and pumpkin patches to their itinerary - and don't forget the corn mazes! For the true outdoorsmen and women, waterfowl hunting and fishing are great. Finally, festivals such as the Waterfowl Festival in Easton, Maryland are great fun for hunters, art enthusiasts and shopping fanatics alike. And let's face it, there's nothing better than enjoying a hot bowl of soup, fresh local oysters or warm apple cider mulled with spices on a cool Autumn day.
